Return Policy

 

• purchaser has 30 days from receipt to return or exchange product(s)
• purchaser must obtain authorization to return the product(s) by contacting customersupport@myrewardstore.com prior to the return
• returns/exchanges cannot be made at any of the gym locations
• any product(s) approved for return or exchange must be unused/unworn
• purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs
• shipping fees are non-refundable
